ten miles today, people!

yes, you heard me correctly, i ran ten miles today. with lots of hills for the first two and the last two miles.

felt good.

and now, i'm going to take a nap...


  1. I did my first run today. It was only 1.5 miles but I had to get back for a meeting.

    don't worry about the # of miles on your runs during the week.. just try to get in the # of minutes.

    and if you miss a run or two, so be it... there's lots of time in your schedule to get you ready for your race
